The shipping fee will not be refunded when returning an item to Miss Candyfloss. (wholesale order shipping fees are priced differently).
We do not hold any orders nor can orders be packed together and shipping fees altered.
When placing an order you will receive an order confirmation. Please note that this is only a confirmation that we have received your order and your order will be processed. If you have not received an order confirmation it means that there was a technical glitch and the order did not go through. Please place the order again and contact us.
It usually takes us 5 business days to process and send your order if the articles are in stock (it will be processed much faster if you want it with express). You will be notified if the items you ordered is out of stock or sold out. We make a reservation against delayed deliveries, sold out products and unforeseen events which might cause delays in delivery. If the items you ordered are sold out, we will send you an "order change email".
Generally we ship with FedEx or UPS but to some countries the post is the best option. If you have any question or there is anything we should know, please let us know and don't hesitate to ask! Delivery time depends on the courier and location of the recipient, estimated 3-20 business days. FedEx or UPS delivers usually within 3-5 days. If you need the item until a special date, please let us know!
Due to high risk of lost parcels, Miss Candyfloss does not ship without the feature “Signature required” with Fedex or UPS.
Both UPS and Fedex parcels are booked to be delivered to your door. Is your address a P.O. Box? We only ship to P:O: Boxes with the regular postal service.
Would you like to have your parcel sent to your local pickup point, let us know upon your placed order and we will arrange it.
Please note that all custom
clearance and import taxes / duties are at customers expense.
If the parcel is damaged upon receipt, damage that has occurred during the shipping then we kindly ask you to file a complaint at the post office before collecting the parcel. In that case we may avoid any misunderstanding. If you by any chance have received something else then what you have ordered or the garment should be damaged in any way, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately.
Return policy
Would you like to return an item because it didn’t fit or you simply didn’t
like it? No problem. Simply follow these instructions:
If you would like to return or exchange any item please let us know by email before you send the item back to us. We will give you the instructions.
The item you are returning should be in its original condition. Meaning, the item should not have been used, washed or torn. All labels and price tags should be intact and not been removed.
A deduction off 20% of the total amount will be done on items that are returned with stain, as well as cat and dog hair on the product. We would like to ask you therefore when you return the item to be sure that the items are cleaned.
Please include the return note you received from us stating who it is
from, your order number and how you wish to proceed; exchange for a different item, store credit or
money refund.
The returned item will be registered
when the parcel arrives back to Miss Candyfloss. We will then refund the amount. The processing time after the
package has been received is between 10-14 business days.
Would you like to exchange your size to another? Please place a new order and send back the one you do not wish to have to a faster process. Please notify us before you do so.

Discount Policy
Only one discount code can be used per order.
VIP discounts, birthday vouchers, and promotional discount codes cannot be combined. It is not possible to use two or more vouchers at the same time.
If multiple discount codes are entered, only one will be applied at checkout.
